グルコサミン＆コンドロイチン ダブル強度

I've been taking these double strength pills for about two months and the difference in my hands after gardening is real. The higher dose per tablet means I only take one instead of the three I used to, which is easier to remember.

My knees used to ache going up stairs, but after about three weeks on these the stiffness has eased up a lot. The pills are a bit large, though taking one instead of two of the regular strength is nice.

The double strength dosage means I only take two tablets a day instead of the four I was downing before, which is a nice change. My hands don't stiffen up as much during my afternoon typing sessions anymore.
