Arthri-Flex® Advantage Plus Turmeric

I like that this one bottle covers glucosamine, turmeric, and hyaluronic acid instead of me rattling around with three separate jars every morning. Two months in, my knees don't ache nearly as much on my daily walks, though the tablets are on the large side.

After trying separate supplements for years, the convenience of having glucosamine, turmeric, and hyaluronic acid all in one capsule is a game-changer. My knees feel noticeably less stiff by mid-afternoon, which is something I haven't felt with my old routine.

I've only been taking these for two weeks but the turmeric and boswellia combo has noticeably reduced the stiffness in my hips. The hyaluronic acid is a nice bonus.
