Been using this for about a month alongside my regular workouts and the tablets are easy to swallow, no chalky aftertaste like some aminos I've tried. Having 30 years of manufacturing behind it gives me a bit more confidence than the random brands on here.

I take two of these tablets right after lifting and the soreness the next morning is noticeably milder. It's a simple amino acid blend without a bunch of extra junk in the ingredient list. Three weeks in and I'm still on the same bottle.

After a month of using these, my recovery between workouts has noticeably improved. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach at all.
