強效粉末組合

Three weeks in and my knees feel less creaky on morning runs, which I did not expect from a powder. Mixing the creatine and collagen into one shake saves me a step before work.

The collagen peptides have done more for my joints than I expected after a month of daily use. I've been mixing the bundle into a shake after workouts and my knees don't ache on stairs anymore.

The unflavored collagen peptides dissolve completely in my coffee with zero grit, which was my biggest worry. I've been rotating the creatine and greens into my post-workout shake for three weeks and recovery feels noticeably less sore. Skin on my hands looks a bit smoother too.
