Sentry Senior Men's 50+

My doctor suggested I add a senior-specific multivitamin, and this one is actually formulated for men 50+ instead of just a generic blend. The tablets aren't huge, so they go down easy with my morning coffee, and I've noticed I'm not dragging by mid-afternoon like I used to.

Been taking these about four months now and my energy through the afternoon is noticeably better than it was. I like that the formula is actually built around what men over 50 need instead of a generic one-size pill, and the tablets aren't huge so they go down easy.

My husband is 58 and these have been part of his morning routine for about six months now. The tablets are on the larger side but go down fine with water, and the formula covers the stuff his doctor said matters at his age.
