Taking a pill that covers both my vitamins and minerals in one shot has simplified my mornings a lot. I like that it's built specifically around women's needs instead of a generic formula. Two months in and I actually notice the difference in my energy.

I switched from a gummy multi that barely covered half the essentials, and this one actually lists a full mineral panel on the label. Three weeks in, my nails aren't peeling like they used to.

Two weeks in and my afternoon energy dip is basically gone, which I did not expect from a multivitamin. The mineral blend is gentler on my stomach than the horse pills I used to take.
