The tablet size is actually reasonable, easy to swallow without that weird aftertaste. I've been taking it with breakfast for two weeks now and my afternoon slump has noticeably faded. It's subtle but consistent, exactly what I needed.

I was skeptical about yet another energy pill, but three weeks in I actually notice I'm not crashing at 3pm like I used to. It's just one capsule in the morning, no jitters, no weird aftertaste.

Taking one of these with breakfast has honestly become the easiest part of my morning routine. I like that it's just a single capsule to swallow instead of a handful of pills, and I've felt noticeably less sluggish by mid-afternoon.
